Our youth weightlifting program is a great way to help your child(ren) to become better athletes, improve their overall health, and learn what it is like to gain strength and confidence in themselves. Our youth program works with youth from 10-14 years old. Whether your looking for a safe and effective way to help your children stay in shape or help them become better athletes our youth program is a fun and effective solution.
The Iron Beaver Weightlifting Barbell On-Ramp is required for all new members. It consists of 3 hour long 1 on 1 sessions where one of our highly experienced coaches will introduce you to the 3 Olympic weightlifting movements in addition to several other barbell movements such as; squat, deadlift and overhead press.
