This program is perfect for those looking to gain strength in their squatting abilities while still incorporating some of the olympic weightlifting movements into their training. This program is designed as a 3+2 split for 5 days of programming each week. The squats are performed 2-3 times a week along with several supplementary exercises to help improve posterior chain strength and build up the legs.
