12 Week Beginner Program


This program is designed for athletes who have less then 6 months of experience with the lifts. The program works through the progressions of the lifts while at the same time increasing the athletes ability to handle an increased amount of work capacity.

It is recommended that the athlete either have an estimated or actual 1RM from either the hang or floor for the lifts to start this program as it will assist maximizing the effectiveness of the program.
