Every great athlete starts by learning and perfecting the basics. In our Intro to Weightlifting Class we introduce the Olympic weightlifting movements and begin our journey of mastering them.

Our approach is simple; we get each athlete moving through proper ranges of motion, then teach and develop efficient lifting technique, and finally, get each athlete strong and powerful.
