Women's Barbell Club


This class is intended for beginner to intermediate lifters who want to focus on improving their Olympic weightlifting technique. Over the four weeks we will break the snatch and clean and jerk down to the basics, take time to analyze and correct form, and provide a supportive learning environment for women wanting to improve their weightlifting technique. The goal is to have you lifting confidently whether in CrossFit group classes or as a transition to more formal Olympic Weightlifting training.

Class Schedule:

Thursday- 6:30-7:30pm

Saturdays- 8-9am

*Minimum of 3 participants for each class
